This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the luckypot platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the luckypot platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use luckypot's services.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who:

Luckypot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. luckypot reserves the right to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or full access to the platform.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not;
- Notify luckypot immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Ensuring your personal information is always up to date and accurate.
Luckypot will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the luckypot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept a range of local payment methods, including online banking, eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay), and supported debit or credit cards.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe specified for each method. luckypot does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on your account. The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method unless otherwise approved by luckypot. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. luckypot reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals above certain amounts.
Suspicious Transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of applicable law will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. luckypot reserves the right to hold the funds in question until the investigation is concluded.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users are prohibited from using the luckypot platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that harms other users. The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors;
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
- Spreading false or misleading information about luckypot;
- Using the platform in a manner that violates local or international law.
Limitation of Liability
Luckypot makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckypot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses from betting activity itself.
Suspension, Account Closure & Intellectual Property

Luckypot reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this document;
- Confirmation that a user has provided false information during registration;
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
- Requests from relevant authorities;
- Platform decisions made at its sole discretion.
If an account is closed due to a breach, luckypot reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation. Voluntary closure by a user may be requested by contacting customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned following the verification process.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the luckypot platform are the exclusive property of luckypot or its licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent from luckypot.
